Data Entry/Admin Assistant
Essential Job Functions
  1. Read, write and type in English – frequently
  2. Clearly hear, understand and speak English – frequently
  3. Fast finger and hand manipulation for keyboard data entry – continuously
  4. Sitting for sustained periods while answering telephone calls – continuously
  5. Friendly, helpful, positive attitude and tone of voice – continuously
  6. Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time – frequently
  7. High level of organization and attention to detail – frequently
  8. Work well under pressure – frequently
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Handle incoming customer calls including: Identify customer location, if caller is current or existing customer and transfer to the right Department
  2. Entering Sales jobs; contracts and/or Work Orders for Western Canada
  3. Retrieve voice mail messages and return calls when assigned
  4. Assemble transfer packets, log books when requested
  5. Data entry - contracts/jobs/treatment reports and verifying sales in iCABS
  6. Backup coverage for Dispatch
  7. Clerical duties such as mailing invoices, opening mail and coding checks, scanning tenant list, and other documentation from technician
  8. Any other tasks assigned by your supervisor
