The Sales Administrator position’s primary focus is to function as a liaison for questions, information requests, concerns or other inquiries from the VDA sales team in order to provide the highest level of internal and external customer experience possible.  The Sales Administrator will work closely with the VP of Sales and National Sales Team to support all sales and administrative efforts.
We expect our National Sales Administrator to:
  • Handle all administrative sales duties for sales leadership and partner with national sales team to ensure calls, emails, leads, projects, etc. are directed to the appropriate person
  • Create Sales Orders/Quotes for customers placing phone orders
  • Work closely with the sales organization on sales proposals, providing service and profitability reports, creating Welcome Packets to potential new clients
  • Proactive review customer account information to ensure accuracy
  • Work closely with VP of Sales on completing decks and other type presentation materials for company meetings, sales meetings, tradeshows, customer meetings, etc.
  • Work with VP of Sales on the administration of company CRM,

What do you need?
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently, judgment and creativity to accomplish assigned tasks/duties.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong working knowledge of

  • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
  • Superior organizational skill and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
