CUSTOMER SERVICE / WAREHOUSE REPRESENTATIVE
 
 
As member of the Operations team our goal is to enhance the customer service experience of our customers at every opportunity, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the requirements of the Operations Team, Sales Team and our Customers.
 
Responsible for performing sales orders, purchase order and warehouse transfer entries; pulling orders/product from the warehouse for shipment to internal/external customers, follow-through with purchases fulfillment, credit memo invoicing, inventory adjustments, receiving, and customer service duties in an efficient and accurate manner and general warehouse maintenance.
          
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform daily order entry and billing functions; generate shipping orders, invoices for mailing and initiate back orders.
  • Enter appropriate customer information into the computer system in an accurate manner.
  • Answer questions from sales staff and customers regarding products and orders using information available from the inventory and distribution management software.
  • Monitor billings for accuracy and communicate with personnel to resolve discrepancies or verify unusual items.
  • Research discrepancies and debit memos to accurately process, issue and post credits/debits to customer accounts as necessary.
  • Responsible for pulling orders/product from warehouse for shipment to internal/external customers.
  • Reviews tickets for items ordered and quantity requested. Performs safety check of equipment used daily.
  • Maneuvers equipment forks into pallets and transports items loading dock and shipping area of warehouse for pickup by UPS, common carrier or in-house company tractor trailer truck operators.
  • Assist in daily and month end closing by assuring all appropriate information is entered into computer.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience – High School diploma or GED
