Market Vice President- Rentokil North America
Overview:  Reporting to the COO of Rentokil North America- US Pest and Ambius, this position will execute operational delivery strategies to achieve the revenue growth and profitability expectations for the West Market Pest and Ambius businesses; lead and manage a team of US Regional Directors capable of delivering the desired results in a consistent fashion across the Markets.
Major Duties:
  • Develop and execute the Operational plans to deliver the expected results across the West Market businesses; develop an AOP consistent with the plans and the financial commitments
  • Execute operational plans in such a way as to ensure a consistency of delivery, process, and outcome across the market resulting in improved performance.
  • Prepare and present the monthly MPR to the COO America; accountable for accurate and realistic forecasts for each business within the Market and providing updates to the President/CEO and COO, as required.
  • Responsible for the complete and successful integration of acquisitions in assigned Regions.
  • Develop Executive-level relationships with the top 10 Pest and Ambius customers in the Market through regular Goodwill visits
  • In conjunction with VP of Service Productivity, develop and improve the service productivity results across Market; ensure the alignment of operations management with Service Productivity tools, processes and expected outcomes;
  • Function as a key member of the Rentokil North America Senior Leadership Team;
Actively support corporate-wide programs, such as: safety, Employer of Choice, Code of Conduct, PDR, YVC and CVC that create an environment consistent with Rentokil values, culture and strategies.
