Marketing Acquisitions Manager
 
The Marketing Acquisitions Manager will provide marketing support to assigned Rentokil NA Acquisition Brands. This role serves as a key link between Corporate Rentokil NA Marketing and the Region/District operations teams, as well as cross functional teams, on marketing strategies and planning. The Marketing Acquisitions Manager is responsible for understanding operations objectives, budgeting, planning and executing of marketing/advertising/promotional programs to support objectives of acquired companies while adhering to corporate goals and guidelines. The ultimate need is to build and secure brand equity, drive regional and local business results and work to transition acquired companies to Rentokil NA brands.
 


Responsibilities

Responsibilities​:
 
▪ Develop, plan, and execute marketing programs to promote acquisitions.
▪ Collaborate with Category Marketing Teams and field operations management to
create brand proposition, product/service promotions, value propositions,
messages, and associated marketing strategies.
▪ Execute thorough acquisition brand transitions.
▪ Utilize lead generation strategies and tactics to drive KPI’s and support
brand awareness and revenue growth
▪ Build strong Regional/District relationships and become a true partner,
connecting field and corporate to a single mission.
▪ Develop Marketing materials with Rentokil NA marketing services team, which
may include content development which will adhere to established brand
standards.
▪ Coordinate reporting of lead generation activities and analyze performance with
analytics team and communicate with the sales and field operations teams.
▪ Monitor marketing collateral to ensure adherence to corporate identity and
branding standards across all channels.
▪ Share marketing best practices from acquisitions with Rentokil NA marketing services team.
▪ Flexibility to support and assume various roles as needed within a small team,
always maintaining a partner and customer focus.
 
Requirements​:
 
▪ Bachelors degree; concentration in Marketing or Communications
▪ Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Marketing
▪ Experience and/or knowledge of decentralized, route-based service industries is
strongly desired; including National and Regional Marketing experience
 
▪ Understanding of budget management and driving business goals
▪ Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and presentation skills
▪ Ability to influence and drive integration of marketing strategy into operational
program and planning
▪ Knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts, most
importantly lead generation
▪ Strong technical marketing aptitude to include mobile marketing and social
media, with strong business acumen
▪ Strong preference to live within the assigned regional area, ability to travel in the
specified region and work a flexible schedule
▪ Effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet
deadlines and work well under pressure
▪ Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines is essential for a
fast-paced environment.
▪ Ability to demonstrate composure and self-confidence in difficult situations
▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google suite of software tools
▪ Strong writing and proofreading skills
▪ Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills
