The primary purpose of this role is to act as sales support of our Ambius Services and Products - professionally, profitably, and ethically by supporting the company’s designed sales process.  Sales support will come from supporting our value propositions and lines of business to our Ambius customers The role of Account Manager is to exceed customers expectations with World class customer service


  • Candidate will provide Customer Service to the top accounts of the Branch. This is the top tier of customers with high profile environments and high expectations.
  • The principle responsibility is Client Retention, by communicating with the Customer on a regular call frequency basis to build a relationship, understand their needs, develop sales opportunities and ensure service excellence is provided, looking for ways to delight the customer.
  • Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Quality Assurance Reviews and client meetings will be completed to ensure Service standards are met.
  • Responsible for communicating to internal departments to ensure that service, installation and billing is provided as contracted and up to standard.
  • Through regular customer contact, you have a personal awareness of targeted customer’s business development. This gives a unique advantage to be able to anticipate issues, offer solutions and enhance the customer experience.
  • Support the Sales Department by seeking new business through referrals to existing customers. They are responsible for maintaining Curb Appeal of designated accounts and maintaining a personal awareness of horticultural and design trends.
