National Accounts Sales Executive
Department: National Accounts and Sales
Reports to: Director of National Accounts-Sales and Head of National Accounts

Interested in bringing your elite sales experience to a rapidly growing company? At Rentokil, you will have the opportunity to expand our national accounts client base and improve services for already existing customers. We are looking for hunters ready to bring an enthusiastic drive to our team. 

Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities
-Execute national accounts plan, utilize field resources and manage multi-location National Accounts within assigned geographical areas.
-Generate revenue and meet sales quotas by selling new services and products to prospects utilizing strategic selling principles and our National Account Management Program.
-Incorporate strong presentation skills for all levels of client management and identify appropriate sales techniques for individual customers.
-Analyze competitor activities, intelligence, service and sales techniques to better understand the market and potential customers.
-Develop and grow new business accounts and provide prompt feedback to the Director of National Accounts-Sales and the Head of National Accounts.
-Expected travel time of 50%-70% or as needed.
Required Skillset
-Experienced in executive level presentations and sales pitches.
-Able to deliver results on an individual baseline, meet sales target quotas and effectively grow clientele.
-Self-management, self-improvement and able to coach and develop Regional Sales Managers, Sales Design Consultants, Commercial and Market Development Sales Representatives involved in National Account sales.
-Professional executive level demeanor and ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Education and Experience
-2-4 minimum years of National Accounts Sales.
-Annual line of business certifications.
-Winning negotiation skills.
-Read, write and comprehend English with a business vocabulary. 
-Prefer a two year or four year degree from an accredited college or university or/combination of experience, education and training.
