General Summary:
Provides administrative and customer service support for the operation to achieve required performance outcomes. Maintains customer records by posting services and payments. Provides telephone support. Processes reports and customer communications.

Basic Qualifications - Required:

Possess high school diploma or G.E.D.
 
Basic Qualifications - Preferred:

One year successful experience working in office environment

Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Ability to type 35 WPM

Required Knowledge:

Reading, writing, and speaking English, and basic mathematics

Computer savvy

Organizing and prioritizing tasks and time

Common office equipment such as copiers, printers, faxes, computers, etc.

Basic understanding of accounting including A/R, A/P, and general ledger

 
Required Skills:

Reading, writing, and arithmetic

Organization & time management

Handling customer calls

Data entry and database management

Basic accounting functions
