Working within our functions departments, you would be supporting all of our business globally.
Nature and purpose
This is a varied and challenging role in a fast paced Global FTSE 100 company where you will be required to think on your feet whilst remaining extremely organised and resilient.
You will ensure the safe operational practices and global growth of the Category specialist services most notably Fumigation and Heat Treatment (Entotherm). Working across a geographic region incorporating North and South America, you will use your experience to identify operational risk and reduce it through coaching and training whilst identifying and sharing best practice across our global operations.
Significant time will be spent traveling across multiple countries and out in the field so the role would ideally suit a flexible attitude to working.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting fumigation and Heat Treatment audits and competency reviews across multiple countries
  • Writing and implementation of standard operating procedures
  • Conducting trials and evaluation of new technologies
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for the business regarding specialist services
  • Innovation and growing the portfolio of specialist services and applications
  • Completing an annual review of the risk matrix to target resource allocation
  • Conducting specialist services due diligence field audits on prospective acquisition targets and delivering conclusions to the M&A director
  • Highlighting best practice and facilitate sharing and roll out
  • Construction and implementation of plans which allow new RI countries to “on-board” with new specialist services and to facilitate them becoming centrally authorised


Do you have what it takes?
If you want to be considered for this role you will need:
  • A minimum of 7 years operational pest management experience at senior management level in a service business
  • A minimum of 5 years operational experience in fumigation and heat treatments
  • A very good understanding of and experience in risk assessment including FMEA type analysis
  • Experience in field training and operational development
  • Practical experience in writing operational procedures and standards
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft office packages
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • A bachelors or master degree in Chemical, Biological, Technological, or similar discipline.
  • Detailed knowledge of Rentokil Pest Control Systems and technical / commercial practices.
  • Local fumigation license holder
  • A formal qualification in FMEA.
  • Skills in Google office applications
  • Experience of working across borders & service cultures of different countries.
  • Ability to converse in Spanish
  • A bachelors or master degree in Chemical, Biological, Technological, or similar discipline.
  • Detailed knowledge of Rentokil Pest Control Systems and technical / commercial practices.
  • Local fumigation license holder
  • A formal qualification in FMEA.
  • Skills in Google office applications
  • Experience of working across borders & service cultures of different countries.
  • Ability to converse in Spanish
